Mr. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited, a position he has held since 2000, where he leads strategic sales, marketing, and business expansion initiatives.

Under his leadership, Genus has scaled from a modest manufacturing capacity of 100 meters per day to over 60,000 meters per day today, with more than 96 million meters installed across India, firmly establishing the company as a leader in energy management solutions.

Mr. Agarwal also played a key role in forging a landmark strategic partnership with GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Singapore. This collaboration created a platform with USD 2 billion in initial funding and positioned Genus as the largest Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Service Provider in India.

With his deep understanding of scale, governance, and institution-building, Mr. Agarwal brings a strong industry-led vision to TiE Rajasthan’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
